No one should criticise your policies which have been explained time and time again on its rationale. If they are clearly unhappy, they can go raise their own funds. What's so hard about it? (Exactly- PLENTY!) 'This is not good enough that is not good enough, you should do this you should do that.' How about you shut up and do it yourself if you don't like how it's like? I'd rather extend my help to those who do the work but never complain and only be grateful of the assistance they can get. Charitable orgs or not, nobody owes you anything. You should be responsible for the work you chose to do. Additional assistance should be considered as 'bonus'.
