The AnimalCare Auctions: All in the spirit of happy and cheerful giving!

I was just reflecting over the year’s work as we close for the year in preparation for another challenging year ahead. We are truly thankful to all donors and supporters for their continuous support of our work in various ways which made it possible for us to continue helping so many animals and their caregivers.

And just when the influx of new applicants took a toll on us (after the Berjaya Funds came in), Chen Chen came up with this spectacular idea of auctioning the blankets. The auctions have certainly helped a lot!

We’ve got a challenging year ahead as the Berjaya Funds finish in mid-January, so do participate in our auctions in the spirit of happy and cheerful giving. If you prefer our gifts, it’s here: Share our links with family and friends!

Last but not least, to all donors and supporters – thank you so very much! Some of you have been supporting us for more than 4 years now, since the day we started. Some have requested anonymity and have remained anonymous all these years. You have made it possible for so many animals to be helped. We are very grateful.

Our winning bidders (not forgetting everyone who has participated, win or lose, it doesn’t matter, you have helped!)

Santa Claus swooped in on his sleigh, whipped up Blanket No. 14 and presented it to Maneki Neko as a Christmas present. Maneki, in turn, donated her original bid of RM300 and bought a lot of gifts from us, as Christmas presents for her friends!

Wow! And what a lot of stitching that represents, thanks to you and your Mum — I counted 16 blankets and the two tote bags. The animals send a tremendous thank you to both of you for so much loving work!
