Spaying subsidy for Fluffy and Shorty, rescued cats (Eric Yap Chin Choy’s)

Eric Yap and Ng Woan Ling (the previous applicant) are friends who do their own rescue work. We have verified their cases with their vet (since this is their first time applying to us). The vet informed us that both of them bring in strays to be neutered. We have also spoken to both of them on the phone.

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of Fluffy and Shorty.

Dear Dr. Chan,
I’m writing in to apply for the neutering subsidy for the two stray cats I have helped.
It started with a pregnant female cat that met with an accident (most likely hit by car) around my neighbourhood 10 months ago. I’ve picked up and send this female cat to the vet. She sustained severe injury to her right eye which leads to blindness and multiple abrasion wound on bodies. Few days later, she delivered a group of 3 kittens successfully without complications. Vets suggested for conservative treatment for mama cat while nursing the kittens. I’ve since then started taking care of them until now. I’ve brought the 2 female kittens to spay on 22/4/2014. I sincerely hope that you would consider my subsidy application as I’m facing some financial restraint because there is another stray dog I’ve rescued is currently under treatment for TVT. Thank you.

Dear Dr. Chan,

Thanks for your reply.
I am from Klang. The mama cat and 3 kittens are currently being fostered by my friend while waiting to be rehome.
Thank you.
Here is the latest picture of both cats together.
