Vaccination subsidy for Ball Ball, rescued puppy (Bryan Terng Xiang Yue’s)

Bryan is a student and he has started rescuing dogs and puppies. We have subsidised RM25 for the vaccination of Ball Ball, his rescued puppy.

According to the receipt, Bryan and his father has paid a total of RM411 for the maggot treatment and surgery (for the maggot wound) for Ball Ball. We called the vet and were told the puppy had surgery done on the maggot wound and was hospitalised too.

My friends and I rescued 3 puppies at a vacant land in Puchong on 16 May 2014 at 6 pm. This brown puppy had been adopted by Mr Tan who is a security guard in Subang Jaya yesterday. Please let me know if the photos I have emailed to you just now is acceptable. If not, I will have to drive to Subang Jaya to take photo of him again.

Doctor says this puppy is still too small to be neutered. The other 2 puppies who are around 5 months old had been neutered and vaccinated but doctor says they are quarentined because there is blood in their poo. So, this is why I am not given any receipt yet and so I cannot claim for subsidy yet for both of them.

Once my father helps me to make payment, I will email their photos to you first for approval beforre I post the application form and receipt to you.

Thank you.
