1st vaccination subsidy for rescued pup (Fan Ching Hooi’s)

We have subsidised RM25 for the 1st vaccination of this puppy.

Mr Fan is not internet-savvy, so his friend sends the photos on his behalf. This puppy was found in the factory area where Mr Fan feeds and looks after several colonies of dogs.
