Subject: Neuter Subsidy Application for Nilai Dog (BraveStorm)
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>

Hi Dr Chan,
I would like to apply for the neutering subsidy for the Nilai dog rescued on 23 Oct with hip/pelvic/front paw injuries which we met you at the vet’s. We named him BraveStorm, ard 1 year old @ 10kg, He was unable to stand up at all and only able to crawl as the pelvic disposition was causing pain and having front paw open wound with infection. He was also treated for tick fever and had recovered from weeks ago and also vaccinated.
He was neutered last Friday (RM165 charged for rescue rate bythe clinic) and since almost 2 weeks ago, fortunately he had recovered from his pelvic fracture (self-healing) and front paw injuries (medicine, infection and wound management). No correction surgery was required. He was able to stand up gradually and then later able to walk slowly and now walking like normal with a tiny bit of limping but it doesn’t seem to bother him at all.
Since last week, I have been actively seeking adopter/fosterer for BraveStorm through friends/colleagues’ contacts. We hope to find him a home. Bravestorm is shy but he is very alert. Gentle, easy to handle and he knows sit command to get treat/food. If you know any1 would be interested, please ask them to contact me (012-9061688 or canieanne@yahoo.com). Thank you.
