Subject: Stray female pup name ‘ LADY”
To: Chan Kah Yein <email@example.com>
Dear Dr Chan,
I’ve been feeding this stray male dog I name ‘shorty’ for quite sometimes already and is near my workplace. (see picture below)
Last Dec (end week) I took another route to my workplace because of uneven and potholes created by heavy rain at my usual route.
To my surprise, I saw a puppy begging for food that passer-by are carrying in plastic bag and I stopped immediately.
As I have dog food with me, I thought of feeding him/her but it ran away.
I left the food with water in a food wrapper and watch from a far distance. Luckily the furkid came back as hunger overcame fear.
After that, I slowly gained her trust and took her first picture. Each time I left, she would chase after me and I left her with a heavy heart.
On the 29th Jan 15 morning, I was shocked as ‘shorty’ the male, arrived shortly (after I’ve finished feeding her) and with another companion.
If this female puppy (I name her lady) is in heat, surely this male would have rape her and create more headache.
Thursday morning (5/2/15) I decided to spayed her at at the clinic. Fostering her now and meantime looking for potential adopter.
