Neutering aid for 1 dog in Kuala Lumpur (Doreen Veronica D’Souza’s)

We have sponsored RM100 for the neutering of this dog.

Dear Dr Chan

Re:  Neutering of a Female stray dog

A  female stray dog (age about 2 years old) roams the roads in a housing estate in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.  She has given birth twice, in 2016 and 2017.  Only 1 puppy survived (male) and it has been adopted, while all others had  died or were taken by the council.

  1. Currently she seeks shelter under cars in rain or shine.  After this process, she will be released into the area while we await her to be fostered or adopted.  For now, she is fed by kind neighbours but live in fear of the dog catchers.  With this neutering process, at least she does not have to bear the burden of being pregnant and giving birth, only to lose her babies again.

  1. She was brought to the vet clinic and was at attended to by the vet. Her surgery went well and her wound  was clean.  This subsidy is needed as there are other female dogs that need to be spayed and the money can be used to help defray the cost for spaying  other female dogs in the area which should be done soon as the mating season has started.
  1. We thank you in advance for your kindness in giving this subsidy.

Thank You.

Yours sincerely
Doreen Veronica D’Souza
