Dear Dr. Chan,I am writing to humbly ask for financial aid from AnimalCare for castration for 2 male stray cat (Banana and Papaya) that I found near my house area in Seksyen 28, Shah Alam, Selangor. I was thinking to find them a new home and I will adopt them in the meantime.I hope my request will be approved.
