Appealing for the cooperation of all applicants

Recently, many claims submitted had incomplete or wrong details and we would like to appeal to all applicants to kindly check their forms before posting them. It causes much inconvenience when the submission is incomplete or wrong information is given. Applicants would have to resubmit and it is a waste of postage and time.

We’ve had cases where the form is incompletely filled, wrong bank account number given, no vet’s signature on form or receipt, etc. For these cases, we have to contact the applicant and this itself is a problem because sometimes there is no response from the applicant until after the deadline is over.

We would like to appeal to all applicants to kindly follow our procedures here and check all documents before submitting them.
