Good Evening. I would like to apply neutering aid for 1 female stray cat. This stray cat was found at my neighborhood in Puchong Kuala Lumpur. She was operated on 30/06/2018 and the vet told to keep her for 3 days, therefore I released her today. Attached herewith the pictures, receipt and the application form for your approval. These are best picture I could snap because the cat is extremely fierce after the operation and difficult to hold for photo pose.
