Good Morning Dr Chan,
We wish to submit the application for neutering subsidy for Aaron.
Aaron is the last kitten from our rescued pregnant mom, Allie who is still not adopted.
Aaron’s mom frequents our feeding depot in Old Kelang Road. Aaron was born at our house and he hasn’t had the luck to meet his human soulmate yet. So until then, we will proceed to care for him.
