Neutering aid for 2 cats in Sri Gombak and TTDI (Frankie bin John’s)

We have provided an aid of RM120 for the neutering of these 2 cats.

En Frankie is an HKL ambulance driver. He posted this application from Sarawak because he was back home for the holidays. Unfortunately, the form was incomplete, so we could not process it and we informed him.

Fortunately, there was enough time as we give a 2 week period. En Frankie got back to Peninsular Malaysia today, landed at the airport and came straight to our mail collection point to fill up the missing details.

There was goodwill all the way. We informed him about the missing details. He did not complain at all and fortunately, got back in time to set things right.

Compare this, folks, to (1) the ones who badmouth me all the way whenever I tell them their form or receipt is incomplete, (2) the ones who MUST post only on the last day and demand that we accept, and why? “We are very busy, don’t you know? We are rescuers.” (3) the ones who get angry at me because THEY themselves made mistakes and did not follow our requirements (yes, suddenly, it becomes my fault).

But guess what, folks? These entitled people have all been graduated as of yesterday (the last and rudest one) so I am SO happy today and in fact, I must say, the air felt so much sweeter and fresher this morning. It still does now! I haven’t felt this happy in a long, long time!!

People do make mistakes and that’s okay, but to blame others and get angry at others for one’s own mistakes is just unacceptable behaviour.

No more of those people!  No more!!  Ever!!!

Thank you, En Frankie! You are a good person!
