Vaccination aid for 1 cat in Pandan Indah (Farah Diana bt Abdul Fuad’s)

We have provided an aid of RM25 for the vaccination of this cat.

Ms Farah applied for two cats, but we were unable to provide our aid for the other cat (Zeus, whose first vaccination we aided in) because the booster was done 6 weeks after the first vaccination. Our policies state clearly that the interval between the two vaccinations must be not more than 30 days.  The reason Zeus was vaccinated two weeks late is that he was neutered when he was supposed to be vaccinated.  We understand that such decisions have to be made sometimes, but we also need to abide by our policies not “not more than 30 days” so that we are fair to everyone, especially those who follow our policies to the letter.

Dear Dr Chan,

Good Day to you!
Thank you for your kind assistance. The subsidy had been well received on 14/05/2019 for 4 cats vaccinated in weeks of 04/05/2018.
Reference to below email trailed, here are the updates details of the 2 cats received vaccination on 18/05/2019 for your kind considerations. The form and receipt have been posted via ‘pos ekspres’ this morning.
1) Pic 1 + 2: Zeus (Male) + Leta (Female)
Pic 1: Zeus had been rescued when he was about 3 months old end Dec, early Jan 2019. My sister had found it together with 2 other kittens; Leta and Rey (both about 1.5 to 2 months old, female & male) in front of a shop in Pandan Indah.
-This was Zeus 2nd Vaccination. He also had been neutered two weeks earlier.  (We are unable to provide our aid for Zeus’ 2nd vaccination as it had exceeded the 30-day interval from his 1st – please see photo below).
Pic 2: Leta had been rescued when she was about 1.5 to 2 months old end Dec, early Jan 2019 together with 2 other kittens; Zeus and Rey (both about 1.5 to 3 months old, male & female) in front of a shop in Pandan Indah.
-This was Leta 1st Vaccination. Finally after 4 weeks of treatments, the vet confirmed Leta was fit for vaccinations. No more fever : ). Now all in the group of kittens have been vaccinated. They are all happily running inside the house and for safety we monitored them if we let them outside the house. As usual, we keep them safely in cage at night.
Till my next update.
Thank you very much, Dr Chan and have a great week ahead!
