There is a very significant surge in neutering claims this month compared with previous months. It has more than doubled from last month. Perhaps it has something to do with the increase of our aid to RM100/cat and RM150/dog, which we did as an incentive and reward to those who practise CNRM and also those who comply with our policy requirements.
