Neutering aid for 1 cat (Puziyah bt Mohd Tahir’s)

Dear Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for neutering aid for my cat, Kacak (his name) that I’ve rescued in Jan this year. He is about 7 month old now & I’ve neutered him yesterday.

He has completed his vaccine course i.e 3 times.

I’m taking care of him as an indoor cat & he is in a good health..

Icak is Kacak’s mom…Icak (Kacak’s mom) is doing well now. She’s healthy with no health problem so far…we’re feeding her with non colored kibles & we provide clean drinking water for her outside our house. She’s a good cat & only roam around the house only…never go far from home…
