Bella and her chicks (Day 23)

Bella’s second chick hatched on Day 21!

And Bella has been busily flitting to and fro with food for her chicks.

When she is not feeding them, she sits in her nest to keep them warm.

I took this photo and a very short video just now.

I read that it normally takes about two weeks before the fledglings learn to fly. The chicks are only about 3-4 days old now.

I’ve been searching for images of Malaysia birds, and I think Bella could be a yellow vented bulbul (merbah kapur).
