Vaccination aid for 1 cat in Kluang, Johor (Ee Sie Jia’s)

We have provided an aid of RM25 for the vaccination of this cat, Heibi.

Ms Ee is a new applicant. Please scroll below for the story of the rescue of this family.

Hope this email finds you well. I have emailed you before regarding the fostering advice of a stray mother cat that gave birth to 4 kittens in our house a few weeks ago. The previous email threads are copied and pasted below for your reference.
I wish to apply for vaccination aid for the mother cat named “Heibi”. It will be taken for spay surgery 2 weeks later after vaccination based on the vet’s advice. I will be applying for neutering aid by then.
Mother cat and kittens are all doing well under my care. The kittens are now weaned and litter trained. They can eat wet and dry cat food pretty well. I will continue to care for them and look for the suitable adopter at the same time.
Enclosed is the image collage showing the cat, vaccination card and the receipt. Duly completed form and original receipt will be posted to your address asap.

When they were first rescued:

I chanced upon your website “” and would like to reach out to you for stray cat fostering advice.
On 18 Feb 2022, a litter of 4 newborn kittens were found in our house in Kluang, Johor. We have been providing shelter for the mother cat and the kittens up to today. The kittens are growing up steadily and strong. I believe that the kittens are 3-4 weeks old as of now. I plan to foster them until they are neutered, vaccinated and ready to be adopted.
I would like to ask for your advice on the optimal fostering plan since I have zero experience in taking care of a nursing cat and kittens.
I plan to take the mother cat to the vet for spaying operation as soon as the kittens are weaned. I also plan to have the kittens vaccinated once they weigh 1kg. I wish to apply for neutering aid and vaccination aid by then.
Enclosed are the pictures of the mentioned kittens for your reference. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
