A meat-free power meal for the morning

I know I haven’t written about meat-free meals in a very, very long time.

So here’s one for today – a power meat to start off the day, for dummies and lazy people like me, of course.

Let’s see…what did I dump into the Vitamix today? Carrot, pumpkin, cucumber, avocado (with the seed – the most nutritious part, never ever throw away the seed, please), grapes, blueberries, peach, orange, papaya, banana, walnuts, almonds and water.

At other times, I put apple, baby spinach, pineapple, dragon fruit, actually, whatever fruit and vegetable you have – you can’t go wrong!

It just takes a few seconds!!

Let’s have breakfast!

Remember to keep the smoothie a little longer in the mouth so that digestion can begin before swallowing it. Bon Appetit!
