Neutering aid for 1 dog in Balakong (Tong Yut Fun’s) & Updates

We have provided an aid of RM150 for the neutering of this dog and an extra RM100 is gifted by Ms Jasmine Ee for the procedure.

Ms Tong and Mr Wong Woi Kan are doing CNRM for the dogs in this colony.

Updates on all previously-claimed dogs are below.

It is sad and very unfortunate that two neutered dogs (a pair of sisters) have been missing and one was found poisoned (photo sent to us but not published here). Ms Tong suspects the other missing sister might also have been poisoned and could be in the bushes or under the container cabins. Three other dogs were also found poisoned in the same area. Ms Tong says there are some workers and lorry drivers who do not like the presence of the dogs. There is also no CCTV cameras that cover this area.

This is the risky and dangerous aspect of street life when there are humans who take to harming animals just because the humans do not like them. We are a far cry from being a civilised society when violence and killing are used as convenient “solutions” to one’s displeasures.

We hope the other dogs will be safe.

Where street animals are born is where they belong. This earth belongs to them too.

Killing is never a solution to any problem. What goes around, comes around.
