Neutering aid for 2 dogs in Balakong (Tong Yut Fun’s) & Updates

We have provided an aid of RM300 for the neutering of these 2 dogs. Another RM200 is gifted by Ms Jasmine Ee and Mr Kok Khee Wee to further help with the neutering costs.
