Today, Parti MUDA responded to our open letter to their president:

Greetings!

Dear Dr. Chan,

We hope this email finds you well. First of all, we are from Parti MUDA.

Sincere apologies on behalf of our president if he did not come back to you previously but we are writing to you now to discuss the matter in your letter.

We are writing to extend an invitation to you to join us for a discussion about the stray animals’ welfare,  which is a situation that requires better  solutions. We believe your insights and perspectives would be invaluable in furthering our understanding of this important issue.

During the meeting, we can engage in an open and respectful exchange of thoughts, experiences, and solutions related to the strays. We can discuss topics such as the ethical treatment of animals, the importance of animal rights, the challenges animals face in various contexts, and ways to promote compassion towards animals in our communities (including the TNRM in your open letter).

We believe that your participation would greatly enrich the conversation, and we are eager to hear your thoughts and insights on this matter. Your unique perspective and knowledge would contribute greatly to our collective efforts in addressing strays’ welfare concerns.

We would be happy to provide any additional information or answer any questions you may have.

Please let us know your availability, and venue that is convenient to you. We will come pay you a visit.

Thank you for considering this invitation and reading this email.

Sincerely,

Parti MUDA
