I know it’s not Meatless Monday, but I just saw this article and thought I should share it.

According to the article, these are seven protein-rich vegetables which are as good as eating eggs:
Broccoli, Peas, Kale, Sweet Corn, Cauliflower, Spinach, Brussel Sprouts.
So the next time you go marketing, do load up on these! I know I will.
